The USDOT Central Region SBTRC is providing a series of recurring workshops over the course of nine months that will be based on the financial management of running a small business. Classes will be held every third Thursday of the month for one hour, minimizing the time away from your business. Participants must attend all nine webinars in order to receive a certificate of completion.

Webinars will include:

  • Bookkeeping for Contractors
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Financial Statements
  • Intro to Accounting Software
  • Basic QuickBooks
  • Healthy Credit Habits
  • Credit and Your Bond

In order to participate in this COMPLIMENTARY Masterclass, businesses must meet the following criteria:

  • Existing in business for at least (2) consecutive years
  • Revenue of at least $250,000 annually
  • Have a minimum of (2) full time employees (including owner)
  • Past performance in construction industry
