CDOT Engineering Contracts Welcomes Three New Staff Members

CDOT recently added three new staff members to assist with the administration and management of professional services and alternative delivery contracts. Under the leadership of Marci Gray, Engineering Contract Manager, CDOT's team of contract and prequalification specialists provides full service support for all contracted consultant professional services. Please welcome the following new team members. 
Cardon Brandt recently joined the CDOT Engineering Contracts Unit as a Contract Administrator IV. Cardon has a law degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Colorado State University. He joins CDOT from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) where he worked as a Contract Specialist. 

Brandon Hilyard will be a lead on the IGA team. He joins CDOT from CDPHE, where he also served as a Contract Administrator. In addition, Brandon has worked at the AG's Office and in both Boulder and Denver District Courts. Brandon is a licensed Colorado attorney with a JD from the University of Colorado Law School and a BA in English from the University of Colorado. 

Roberta Lopez will manage the Alternate Delivery Contracts Program. She is also from CDPHE where she managed the Lead Enforcement Policy Program. Prior to that, she managed the information technology contracts at HCPF, worked as an Associate AG, and was a safety program specialist with CDOT's Civil Rights and Business Resources Center. Roberta is a licensed Colorado attorney, a Certified Project Management Professional and a Licensed Real Estate Associate. She received her JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelors of Business Administration from University of Michigan School of Business.
