CDOT Master Price Agreements Required for all A/E Consultants

01-Apr-2015 to 01-Apr-2015

As of April 1, 2015, ALL CDOT A&E consultant firms must have an MPA in place to invoice for work on CDOT projects and/or to be awarded a CDOT project. A sub without an MPA could delay or prohibit award of a contract. If you are interested in teaming or providing professional services for a CDOT consultant project, which includes design-build, construction management, bridge design and inspection, environmental, geotechnical, landscape architecture, materials testing, surveying, civil and structural engineering, and other design disciplines, you must first be prequalified by CDOT and have an indirect cost rate analysis to establish your annual billing rates.

Consultant prequalification can now be completed online through CDOT's Vendor Portal. CDOT has also published a Financial Prequalification Process document that provides step-by-step instructions on how to establish an MPA.
