CDOT Seeking Program Coordinator for RISE Program

14-Feb-2019 to 13-Mar-2019

CDOT is requesting proposals from interested firms or individuals to provide program liaison services for CDOT's Resources to Improve & Support Employment (RISE) program. RISE is an element of CDOT's On-the-Job (OJT) Supportive Services program that seeks to create a full and capable workforce to support projects in the construction industry, especially horizontal construction. Job seekers can receive career coaching, training, and employment services in the construction industry and businesses can be matched with qualified candidates, among other program benefits.

The RISE Program Coordinator will serve as a liaison between CDOT, its partners including Department of Labor and Employment and the Colorado community college system, program participants, and employers to provide effective statewide coordination and implementation of program deliverables. The Coordinator will also liaise with the Connect2DOT program. CDOT Procurement & Contract Services will be posting the competitive RFP on the CDOT Supplier Self Service Portal (SuSS) and BidNet Colorado in the coming week. You can also check the CDOT BidLog. Proposals must be submitted through SuSS.
