Get On Board with the 2017 CDOT Collaborative Forums

04-Jan-2017 to 11-Apr-2017

2016 was the inaugural year for the CDOT Professional Services and Construction Forums. More than 340 people joined the conversation over 8 meetings and learned about CDOT contracting, DBE/ESB programs, specifications, marketing, upcoming projects, and even process changes before they were released. The feedback collected in these meetings helped to shape many of CDOT's decisions related to small business contracting.

This year, CDOT will continue to host separate quarterly forum meetings dedicated to professional services and construction. The two tracks started out as "small business" forums but the conversations have grown to include issues relevant to both primes and subcontractors. They also provide a venue for networking and talking with CDOT management and staff. If you missed out on the discussions, you can still get on board in 2017 and get connected with CDOT. These meetings are a great opportunity to help CDOT find solutions to issues affecting DBE and ESB utilization and success in the planning, design, construction, and operation of the Colorado transportation system. Check out the dates below to save your seat at one of all of the upcoming meetings. Remember, you can also register to attend a simulcast webinar of the session if you can't make it in person. We hope you will join the collaborative forum to learn, share, and become part of the solution!
