New DBE Specification, LCPtracker and B2GNow Training Coming Soon!

03-Jan-2017 to 11-Apr-2017

There's been a lot of anticipation about the rollout of CDOT's new DBE Specification and Civil Rights & Labor Compliance systems. Now is the time to make sure you and your staff are properly trained and understand the requirements on CDOT construction contracts starting in 2017. CDOT Civil Rights staff is offering a variety of training opportunities this month for CDOT Engineers and project staff, as well as prime and subcontractors. It is critical that everyone from the inside out knows about these changes to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing project success. The contractor workshops include lunch and will cover:

  • LCPtracker for submitting certified payrolls (first half of class)
  • B2GNow for DBE commitments and prompt payment (second half of class)
  • New DBE Specification which includes changes to how
  • contractors enter DBE participation plans in B2G (replacing email submission of 1415 and 1416), new prompt pay requirements (removal of 1418 and new online monthly audits for primes and subs), and other changes to specification including the new CUF form required from each DBE (second half of class)
