  • Day 1 for Construction Contractors - Full Day (8 hours). Ensure compliance with federal regulations for DBE and ESB utilization, On-theJob Training (OJT), Certified payrolls, FHWA Form 1273, Prompt payment reporting, and B2GNow and LCPTracker system responsibilities.
  • Day 2 for Construction Management Consultants & Project Engineers - Morning Half Day (4 hours). Project oversight staff and consultants will get updates about DBE and ESB goals, commitments, and counting, monitoring LCPTracker for OJT and Certified Payroll issues, and checking B2GNow for prompt payment discrepancies.
  • Day 2 for Professional Services Consultants & Engineers on Highway and Bridge Design - Afternoon Half Day (4 hours). Repeat of the training offered in December about DBE goals and commitments and a new scoring rubric for CDOT Non-Project Specific (NPS) contracts.
