Trucking Compliance Training & Guidance for CDOT Projects on April 8

12-Mar-2019 to 13-Mar-2019

Notice to all Trucking Firms and Prime Contractors that subcontract trucking services on CDOT Projects: CDOT is hosting a half-day workshop on Monday, April 8th to discuss trucking compliance. It's critical that you attend and get the latest information and updates to CDOT civil rights trucking compliance, especially as it relates to counting DBE participation. Both large and small contractors are required to know the rules when working on CDOT projects and you should not assume that the rules are the same as other state DOT's or municipalities. The workshop will cover topics such as Davis-Bacon Act and wage decisions, site of work, trucking as hauling vs. material supplier, commercially useful function (CUF), DBE counting rules including 1099 drivers, 1-1 leasing, brokering and subcontracting. There will also be demonstrations of LCPtracker and B2G for payment reporting.

Tendremos materiales y recursos en Espanol. Tambien tendremos personal que hable espanol.
